I'm new and I'm not sure what to do?

The first thing you should do is register an account if you wish to join. Once you have joined then you will have to enter your date of birth and email address and a few other details. Proboards do not disclose information of your email or date of birth and is only for their reference. It is there policy that no one under the age of 13 is allowed to use these forums and so if I find that you are under 13, I shall delete all accounts, characters and posts. That is final.

Do I really have to make a character to Role play?

Yes, you do. Pure and simple. If you don't create a character and you post in a Role playing sector then you shall find that your post is deleted and that you have been given a warning. Once you have created your character and it has been approved then you are free to role play to your hearts content.

Why do we have to be so descriptive?

Now this is kind of a stupid question, but you'd be surprised. You have to be descriptive because no description no post basically and it will be removed. These things matter especially in fights because if you don't describe properly then you wont get a response back. If you are having trouble responding to what someone has posted, then PM a Staff Member to see if they can help you out.

Any tips on how to get my Role playing Better?

Right, think of things where you are. If you are starting a thread consider these points. Explain what the whether is like, what is your character feeling or doing or even saying. Try and get some purpose across to the movements and actions of your characters and those around them to create a more enjoyable experience for the poster. Other things to think of is time and place.

How exactly do I post my message?

Well, I only require four things out of your post. If it is the past tense or Third Person view then I am happy with that but don't relax yet. If the post is more than five sentences long then I will be happy to but just one more you have to fill in. Finally, If your grammar is reasonably good and your actual wording structure is legible then the post shall be put forward without risk of being removed.
